What To Expect at The Farm

Everything you need to know about the house, the land, and how we keep this place feeling like home for our next visitors.

The House

One house, room for everyone.

Six bedrooms, each with two twin xl beds which can be pulled together and made into one king bed with a bed bridge mattress pad. There is plenty of room for a family reunion, a church group, or a full weekend of friends.

Stocked so you can just show up.

We have 12 place settings of china, stainless steel cutlery, and steak knives as well as chinette plates, solo cups, and plastic cutlery. We also provide paper napkins and paper towels.

Coffee, Tea & Pantry Basics

We have a Keurig and kettle. You will need to bring your own K-cups and tea.

Basic staples are stocked, but no guarantees on anything beyond the list below- if you’re running low on your stay, just let us know!

OUTDOORS

Miles of trails, two ponds, and plenty of outdoor entertainment.

By the Fire

Fire pit, gas grill, and firewood are all here waiting — pull up a chair, grill out, and let the evening slow down around the flames. No need to bring anything but the food.

On the Water

Two ponds sit right on the property, stocked and ready. Grab a fishing pole or take kayaks or the canoe out for a quiet paddle before dinner.

Games & Play

Cornhole, bocce, frisbees, and a full set of disc golf baskets scattered across the grounds — plenty to keep a group entertained for an afternoon.

Trails & Golf

Miles of walking trails wind through the property for anyone who wants to stretch their legs. Prefer golf? We've got clubs, floating balls, and 6 hole farm course .

Before You Go

Strip the beds

Please strip sheets and place them, along with any used towels, in the laundry room. leave beds unmade

Take out the trash

Trash bags are in the pantry. Once a bag is full, take it out to the trash can on back patio. Then take ALL TRASH with you when you leave. They are a few dumps nearby.

Please fill out the Outgoing checklist that ison refrigerator.
